As we prepare to send out monthly statements for communities on a monthly billing cycle, we’d like to remind all homeowners across all communities to take advantage of the digital tools available through your Vantaca homeowner portal.

 

Go Green with Paperless Statements

Switching to email statements helps: Reduce costs for your association, Save paper and supplies & Support eco-friendly practices.

 

Simplify with Vantaca Pay

Did you know Vantaca Pay offers ACH (Auto-Draft) for recurring payments and even Pay by Text?

 

To enroll in Auto-Draft via ACH, please make sure: Your account balance is $0

This ensures all previous charges are cleared and the correct monthly amount can be drafted moving forward.

To enable Pay by Text and receive helpful reminders:

  • Log into your portal

  • Navigate to "My Profile" > "Profile Settings"

  • Set “Receive Payment Reminders via Text” to Yes

  • Confirm your phone number is correct

How to Update Your Communication & Payment Preferences:

  • Log in at home.agavemanagementsolutions.com

  • Click “My Profile” on the left-hand menu

  • Select “Profile Settings”

  • Choose Email for both General and Billing Communication Preferences

  • Click “Update” to save your changes.
