Message from Agave Management Auto Draft (ACH) Enrollment Now Available!

Great news!

Homeowners can now enroll in Auto Draft (ACH) through their portals. Thanks to the Vantaca Pay team, this feature is live and ready to use.

Important details:

To enroll, owners must have a $0 balance. This ensures any outstanding payments are resolved first, and the correct monthly amount can be automatically drafted, keeping accounts current.

There is a processing fee for ACH payments, which is lower than the credit card fee. It’s the same fee as manually using a checking account through the portal—now with the added convenience of auto-pay. 

We completely understand that this fee may not be the most popular topic, and we want to assure you that we’re here to support you. The fee is in place to help cover the costs associated with providing a secure and convenient payment option for everyone.

To make things easier, we encourage you to log in today to make your payment or to set up your ACH recurring payment. This way, you can streamline your payment process and avoid any future hassles!
